 I've been blogging about my journey now for coming up to 7 years.

It's been a tumultuous trip. I look back and see so much how I changed in both thoughts and physically.

I'm so glad I documented it. Perhaps like Bridget Jones I'll convert it into a book and film deal. I can only hope.

I had been mulling where to go next with this.

I'm active in so many spheres now across social media. LinkedIn is going great with over 500 followers and being mentioned regularly for my advocacy and awareness.

I'm still doing lots of media for various groups and organisations. Liverpool Law Society called me the "Amazing Amanda Hilton". 

I was also reminded in a discussion recently that my transition was "mature". 

So is this blog serving it's purpose anymore? It's intent is over really.

My ongoing work in my community is best represented elsewhere now so I've taken the tough decision to start to wind this down.

I'll stop soon. I'm not sure when. I'm a few hundred views off 30000 views and that would be a good place to stop I think.

I've still got lots going on but I feel social media now is where my story is best told.

I've still got things to say here and will wrap this up in the coming months with my take on the leading issues for my community.
