The trip #2

Hello again.

Moved on again at the seaside now having spent two nights in the countryside.

Wedding was excellent from all aspects. The pub where i stayed the night before were fine and welcoming. I met the families the night before and a nicer bunch i couldnt expect to meet.

Next day and i spent a significant amount of time getting ready.  I received nice comments before the service and at the reception. Only was i trans was mentioned a few times only because those people had direct experience and again were complimentary.

All day and evening I was addressed as Amanda throughout.  Initially took some getting use to but eventually seemed so natural. Again everyone was lovely and even got the big heels and LBD out for the evening. A little too much drink and dancing left the feet sore. As to the venue.  Wow!! Amazing.

Filled up a few times. Really emotional seeing a dear dear friend so happy and being so accepted. I was honoured to be invited.

So ive been Amanda for 5 days now in a variety of situations. No one seems bothered. I know it wont always be like that but the haters seem to be in such a decreasing minority and increasingly irrelevant.

Off to get fish and chips for tea tonight.  Seaside so has to be done.
